Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We use HubSpot across marketing and sales. It gives us insight into who's visiting our website, opening our emails and reading the content we produce.
  • User-friendly interfaces.
  • Education - excellent resources available for any marketing topic you can imagine, lots of helpful guides, Inbound conference is unbeatable.
  • Analytics - gives us everything we need to know about how our website and marketing efforts perform and more.
  • The workflow feature was a little cumbersome previously, but we've found it much easier to use with the recently introduced improvements.
  • HubSpot allows us to see which efforts are paying off. I would say its had a very positive impact on our ability to track ROI.
HubSpot's user interfaces are what sets them apart for me. I find myself getting lost inside Salesforce -- I just don't think it's easy to navigate. I feel that I would need a lot more training to master Pardot, whereas HubSpot is really intuitive.
HubSpot is rolling out new features that we're really anxious to get started with. We will definitely renew.
It is well-suited where there is a team in place, willing to dedicate the time and energy to really learning how to use the product every day.
