Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We currently use HubSpot here at Leighton Interactive both for our own Inbound marketing as well as use, and manage it for clients of ours. Everyone here at LI touches our HubSpot license, not just the marketing department. It is very user friendly for those of us who only use it once in a while, yet very thorough and in depth for those that use it for a multitude of day-to-day marketing. We are able to track leads, schedule social media, post blogs, run reports. All things we were using separate software for prior to HubSpot.
  • HubSpot is the perfect software for all of our digital marketing needs. We are able to use it as a marketing agency to guide customers through our website and talk to those that are actually looking for our services. We don't waste valuable time looking for clients or talking to those that are in need of us. We are able to get to those that need our services and are currently looking.
  • Using HubSpot has made us an expert in our field. When clients are looking for companies that offer our services, we always get comments on our depth of knowledge, our blogs, and our easy to use website.
  • HubSpot is relatively easy to use, but a simpler version would be nice if you don't need to use all of the bells and whistles that even the Basic subscription has to offer.
  • HubSpot has a very positive impact on our business. We have seen faster lead conversions as well as increased employee efficiency.
We will absolutely renew our subscription with HubSpot! Why would you not want to increase your leads, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction?
I think recommending HubSpot to a specific company would be dependent on what type of business they are as well as their future plans. Does a local bowling alley need HubSpot, probably not. If the company is happy the size they are and are not interested in wanting to grow or expand, then HubSpot is not right for them.
