Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
The whole organization uses it. HubSpot allows us to automate many of our sales and marketing processes so that we can focus on the important things.
- Continual product updates. Literally every week they come out with new features. Their UI/UX for introducing these new features is fantastic and makes it very easy to use.
- Tracking data. We have a very clear picture of how our efforts are turning out.
- Usability. Very very easy to use.
- There are always features you want added. One would be the ability to upload social media campaigns to FB, Google Plus and LI. You can currently do it with Twitter, and this is a huge time saver and once they have it for the other platforms it will save us a lot more time.
- Its hard to track ROI specifically to HubSpot, because a lot of the stuff you could do anyway, manually or with other tools. But in time savings, its like having a second employee doing marketing, for 1/4 of the price.
We looked at a lot of other options, many of them cheaper. None of them solved the problems as easily as Hubspot did. Plus their customer service and support is unmatched. If you have a question, you click a button on their website and they will literally call YOU within 5 minutes.
