Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

HubSpot is currently being used by our marketing department to manage our website, blog, contacts and workflows. It helps us broaden our outreach to potential customers and increase business. It is also very helpful to use when formatting and creating emails. They offer a variety of templates to make the inbound marketing experience as seamless as possible.
  • Organizes calendar items efficiently so sending out tweets, blog posts and other items can be scheduled very easily
  • The publishing feature makes it simple to spread your messages across all social media platforms
  • The sources feature keeps you up-to-date on all of your numbers so you can realize how you're efforts are translating to numbers
  • The migration to the newer COS system is taking longer than desired
  • The format of the new blog system doesn't seem as intuitive as the older version
  • Sometimes HubSpot support needs to be called more than once in order to find the best answer to your question
  • We are able to respond quicker to potential new business
  • Able to send out our monthly enewsletter with increased efficiency
  • Faster lead conversion
I think Salesforce is a great product as well, but I like that HubSpot is easier to use and I feel like it offers more information. An additional feature of HubSpot is Salesforce integration though so you don't have to choose one or the other but can combine to have all of your contacts from Salesforce import into HubSpot.
It helps us do our job by managing almost every aspect that we need to be on top of in order to be successful. We are in HubSpot all the time and keeps us organized with our blog content, emails we need to send out, social media and our downloadable content. Creating landing pages and thank you pages are a breeze and it is so easy to learn new features that are introduced.

I think it is well suited for us even though we are selling services. I believe HubSpot features would be even more effective for those selling products.
