Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

The marketing department uses HubSpot to manage our website, track analytics and run our content marketing campaign. It helps us know where our clients are coming from, the content they're interested in and allows for easy lead nurturing.
  • HubSpot has an amazing content optimization system. We're able to build landing pages with offers, generate leads and nurture them through the workflow process. It's hugely efficient to build, track and manage.
  • We love HubSpot's analytics features - from landing pages to emails - it has it all. We not only track daily, but year over year and month over month. If our numbers are slipping, we can figure out exactly where the dip is, which allows us to course correct to get our numbers back on track.
  • HubSpot has AMAZING customer service. I never wait more than a minute to talk with a support specialist and they always answer any question or solve any problem within no time. A+
  • Some analytics update in real time and others tend to have a 12 or so hour delay, which in most cases is fine for now we use it.
  • There are new report functionalists that sound amazing but are only available for Enterprise. As a small business, we have professional but our desire to track our stats in depth is the same as a big business. We wish we could access these reports.
  • Faster and more lead conversion
  • 1ShoppingCart,Buffer,Google Analytics,Vertical Response,Salesforce.com,Marketo Marketing Automation
HubSpot is a one stop shop and houses all of the functionality we need in one program.
HubSpot is the "hub" for all of our marketing activity....without it we'd be lost.
  • Email marketing
  • Lead nurturing
  • Landing pages
  • List segmentation
  • Sales intelligence
  • Sales campaigns
  • Integration with CRM system
  • Social marketing
  • SEO
  • Blogging
I'd make sure the colleague had a content strategy, free offers to make and social media accounts to really get the most bang for their buck.
