Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
My marketing agency has been using HubSpot for a little over a year. We now use it for all of our clients. HubSpot has allowed us to replace multiple tools with one system that manages everything in one place: social media, email marketing, analytics, lead nurturing, blogging, even a robust website CMS. Because of this, we have been able to greatly simplify our processes.
Pros
- Very user-friendly and intuitive interface -- everyone in the organization can easily learn to use
- Workflows are great for lead nurturing, especially with the new branching feature
- Can schedule posts to nearly all social media accounts
- Marketing emails are easy to create and send -- much more user friendly than other programs I have used in the past
Cons
- Would like to see more functionality added to the editorial calendar. Presently it's just a calendar where you can view everything you have scheduled, but it's not very useful as a planning tool
- Would love to see an approval process for blogs and social for those clients who have to provide approval. Currently we are using a separate system for this.
- Cannot schedule to or even display all social accounts (Instagram is missing)
- More efficient reporting

- Constant Contact,iContact,HootSuite Pro
I personally find HubSpot to be easier to use and to provide better functionality than most other email platforms I have used (including Constant Contact and iContact), as well as social media platforms such as HootSuite
