Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We are a marketing agency and use HubSpot for both internal processes and across our customer base. Internally, we use every feature, including the CRM and sales modules, in addition to basic marketing automation features. It's ease of use has enabled us to train our whole team on the software so everyone can pitch in and we're not reliant on a single expert user.
Pros
- Easy to use - HubSpot is well thought out for the end-user. It's easy to access and tweak everything you need and most importantly, doesn't require a ton of training. The on-demand courses offered are more than enough to get you started.
- Great support - Getting someone on the phone or email support is so simple. I've worked with marketing automation vendors that will only give you phone support if you are a premium subscriber. HubSpot offers amazing and helpful support across the board.
Cons
- Analytics - We are on a basic plan and don't get full analytic capabilities. It leaves us asking a lot of questions that have to be answered using other tools.
- Better lead tracking - we can see where specific leads are coming from and audit our activities accordingly
- It was relatively simple to certify the entire team so we can all pitch hit when needed. We're more efficient because we're no longer relying on an expert. We can do the work ourselves without extensive tech capabilities.
- Marketo,Pardot,Act-On
HubSpot is by far the most user friendly. It has the easiest platform for creating and editing landing pages and workflows. Marketo has better analytics but it's more complicated and support isn't as readily available as HubSpot. I would not recommend Pardot or Act-On to my customers.
