Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

HubSpot is mainly utilised by our Marketing team and Business Services team. We find it incredibly useful in tracking and improving our email campaigns, marketing activities and it is incredibly good at helping us track our new leads/prospects and contacts. HubSpot is a collaborative gem that allows all our teams to understand the projects and campaigns being worked on and to track the success and click through on our major campaigns. It allows us to keep track of, collaborate and easily manage our interdepartmental projects without difficulty or confusion.

I don't know if our company has trialed or previously used any other systems but i have only used Hubspot and have found no reason to want to change systems or move away from it.
Has been consistent and useful everyday. It has become a daily used tool within many of our departments and has improved our business functionality immensely.
Ideally we use it for marketing but we have less use of HubSpot in regards to the sales area. I have met with prospects and customers during roadshows and conference and I have recommended HubSpot to people who have said that their tracking of prospects and leads needs to improve and especially when I hear people talk of the difficulty of tracking and understanding email campaigns and marketing.
