HubSpot is an Incredible Asset for our Marketing team!
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We are using HubSpot for generating inbound leads by promoting content through our blog and social media channels. Only our Marketing team is using HubSpot right now. HubSpot allows us to convert a percentage of our anonymous website visitors into leads and nurture them through a workflow. We've already seen a tremendous amount of growth through web visitors alone since implementing HubSpot.
Pros
- Their one-on-one training/consultation with our account manager at HubSpot is absolutely wonderful. It is so nice to receive feedback on our progress through the software.
- I love the features that HubSpot implements - the calendar, publishing to all of our social media accounts through one platform, workflow branching logic, the list goes on.
- HubSpot always has helpful blog content, as well as resources for any marketing needs. Their online training programs are great too!
Cons
- We use the Professional level of HubSpot software, but I would love for A/B testing to be included with our version!
- Within the first three months of the launch of our redesigned website, we increased our website visitors by nearly 46%.
- We've received a small handful of RFQ's solely from inbound, and we're working to tweak our current workflows to increase that number.
- We are in the midst of planning a customer onboarding process and HubSpot will be a tremendous asset to help nurture and delight our current customers.
Before we purchased HubSpot we tried Salesfusion and it was a disaster. The software was really difficult to use (coming from a very tech-savvy person) and just getting a campaign launched or newsletter in place, took weeks if not months. We are SO happy to have found HubSpot! Their software is incredibly easy to use and really makes us incredibly efficient with our marketing tasks.
