Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot for social media, email, workflows, landing pages and more. HubSpot is a great tool that gives us a comprehensive set of inbound marketing automation tools to generate quality leads and promote our brand. We also have integrated our website into the HubSpot CMS which gives us greater insight into who is looking at our website and provides tools to boost conversions.

Well our website is on HubSpot so we definitely are sticking with it! But, in all seriousness, HubSpot is a great tool for marketing automation and they are extremely open to feedback. There are new features almost every week. Although HubSpot is a great tool with a huge amount of functionality, it does not feel as burdensome as a CRM such as Salesforce.
HubSpot works great for small to medium sized businesses that want to build an automated marketing program. It has great tools and resources for marketers and continues to improve every week. Although I've never worked for a large company I could imagine it would be hard to scale this product to a large team.
