Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
HubSpot is used for marketing software and also for CRM. The marketing component of the product is amazing and we have had a very positive experience with the HubSpot team. Onboarding was quick and easy with support along each step of the way that helped us understand all the usable features that are available. The tool allows us to keep all of our sales and marketing efforts in one, centralized location which is perfect for small sales teams.
- Training and learning academy - lots of helpful articles and insight.
- Support - account managers and customer support are very timely.
- Clean product - ease of use.
- CRM report functionality could be better with date windows.
- Would be nice to see one customer profile - not one in the marketing dashboard and another in the sales dashboard.
- Education on the product can be time consuming to keep up with all new features & functionality.
