Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We've used HubSpot to successfully align our inbound beliefs and background into two areas of the business that were growing very fast: Sales and Marketing. I knew of HubSpot since a year ago, where I encouraged my former director to hire their services, as they are an all in one platform, with technology, education and all that we needed to put a whole marketing division to work. That first try didn't go well, but I'm glad to say that in my new role we agree they were the next step in our growth path. For medium to small business, they are as far as I'm aware the best platform you can use.
- Analytics
- Education
- Support
- Automation
- Inbound
- More analytics for Social Media. Right now, comprehensively, you got deeper detail for Twitter, but still need other platforms to track social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn or Google Plus. I'm not quite sure if this is currently possible, but it is highly recommendable.
- When it comes to business finance and management it would be great to have more content. It's not directly part of an inbound marketing tool, but if you compare with other content this bit isn't as good as the others.
- Efficiency. It's my favourite indicator. You'll find all you need to know about inbound and how you apply its principles to your business. How your business will be the best it's up to you, but they give you the tools in a proper way.
One of the key points for us was its analytics power and all the potential of its automation processes. There is a huge impact of a whole "inbound marketing" culture and values.
