Great Tool for Busy Marketers
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
I have been a HubSpot user for about 2 years now (one year in my current role and 1 year in my previous role), and I absolutely love it. In my previous role, I presented HubSpot as a solution to help me better do my job, and I was given the go-ahead to purchase it. As the only marketer in the company, HubSpot was a life savor. The things I had been doing that took me days started taking me a few minutes, and we were able to immediately start better tracking our website visitors and getting inbound leads. Before implementing HubSpot, our sales team was not receiving any inbound leads, so they were thrilled.
In my new role, HubSpot is also a big part of what I do. Not only do I used it for workflows, email, landing pages, CTAs, forms, and reporting, I also train other marketing users, and our sales team uses the CRM.
Everything is very easy to use; I would recommend it to any marketer that needs to get a lot done in a little amount of time.

Pros
- Workflows: these are extremely easy to use and have become even easier in the recent months with the ability to create a list right in the workflow
- Wordpress plugin: the wordpress plugin makes the HubSpot setup easier than it already is
- Landing pages: the landing pages are so easy to make, and there are a bunch of templates to chose from. There is the ability to clone landing pages, too, so if you make one you like and you want to use it again, it's very simple.
Cons
- I'd like to see other ways to customize the contacts. I'd like to have the ability to change the way the data is shown so it can better reflect how my company uses data
- Faster and lead generation
- Easy to implement calls-to-action which has increased blog subscribers
