HubSpot is used by one department. We use it to address email engagement and Social Media publications.
- It is easy to use. If you're taught how to do something once, you're able to remember how to do it again by the context clues from links and buttons.
- Customer service response is efficient. I asked a question via Twitter to HubSpot support and I got a response within 24 hours. I was never frustrated and I received all the help I needed.
- It has increased employee efficiency so it is faster to publish on all social media platforms instead of going through each account one by one.
