Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
As a HubSpot partner, we use HubSpot for ourselves as well as many of our clients. It's an essential tool for our company marketing programs, and is the backbone of many inbound marketing solutions that we provide for our clients. I love how easy it is to use HubSpot to manage every aspect of our marketing and sales activity in one place -- it's the perfect tool for converting visitors, nurturing leads and closing deals, and I've seen it work well for a variety of industries!
Pros
- HubSpot integrates all aspects of marketing and sales activity into one place! It's an end-to-end platform for converting visitors into leads, nurturing those leads, and closing customers! The user interface is well done and easy to use, unlike many other automation systems I've worked with.
- I love how HubSpot consistently makes the platform better. We have suggested multiple improvements, and the product team listens! They've implemented many of our suggestions and continue to release improvements to the platform every month.
- Customer service and support is also on-point at HubSpot. You often hear back within the hour when you're having trouble, or even when you have a simple question. They really go above and beyond.
Cons
- I still think reporting could use some work. The reporting add-on HubSpot added was a great start, but I'd like to see this area of the platform continue to grow.
- While we are able to manage GooglePlus, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter via HubSpot, I wish we could also manage Instagram and Pinterest via HubSpot as well.
- I don't have specific numbers to share, but we've seen a huge increase in our visitor to lead conversion rate since we began using HubSpot.
