Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We are a Gold Partner with HubSpot, use it for ourselves, resell the software and implement it for our clients. Along with the reselling of the product we also create and implement inbound strategies for our clients and create, manage and post content on their behalf. We use all aspects of the software and all team members are inbound certified with the more hands-on team members also being HubSpot certified.

HubSpot is integral for our organization and our clients by providing a single source of creating, tracking, implementing and reporting on our efforts to prove our work works.
  • The automation that the system provides with landing pages, thank you pages, follow-up emails and workflows greatly reduces manual labor and increases your companies reputation by providing on-demand responses.
  • With the array of tools this software provides you can manage your analytics, content, social media, contacts, leads and customers all in one location.
  • HubSpot also provides a wide variety of resources for you and your clients: training seminars, webinars, ebooks, decks, and your own brandable content. HubSpot really wants you to succeed with their product and with the proper time investment you can.
  • The certifications provided by HubSpot are a great way to get validated for your efforts and get your team and clients speaking the same language.
  • HubSpot is always challenging itself and its users you modifying best practices and giving you better ways to think about your marketing efforts.
  • The support from their team is incredible! Anytime we need a demo our rep is there for us with the client plugged in to the system and real examples used so it can easily be visualized.
  • I would like to see more variations allowed in the email templates that get set up. Like a different background for a follow-up email and an enewsletter.
  • I would like to be able to pull quarterly reports on our efforts. As of now everything is monthly.
  • I would like them to improve the social dashboard tool to include more information from other social channels like Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • The new Growth Driven Design initiative is an amazing way to rethink web design and a certification for this program would help validate it.

  • With the addition of the Growth Driven Design model we have pushed out design and development teams to the next level and out entire business is now running off of retainer based models.
Although HubSpot's reporting and goal setting may not be as diverse or in-depth as Google Analytics, I prefer it as it is a more simplified and organized approach to the important information I need. Hubspot had recently improved their reporting features with an add on to make this even more robust.

This software is suited for those who are serious about growing their business and tracking the data to do so. If you are not ready to go through some growing pains and dedicate yourself to learning the tools and harnessing their power, then HubSpot is not appropriate for you. They provide the guidelines and framework for success, and if followed, will be gained.

Using HubSpot

16 - Creating, posting, sharing, interacting and editing of content for blogs, offers, infographics and optimized web copy. We also heavily use all of the report and analytics features, create workflows, enewsletters and follow-ups and all aspects of the software in an integrated and targeted way to get results for our clients.
With all of the training, experience, and licenses under our belt it would be a step backward to not renew with them. The more you do something the easier it becomes. And what was once a daunting and intimidating piece of software is now an extension of who we are and it gets easier and we become more effective every day.

Using HubSpot
