Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
HubSpot is being used by our marketing and sales departments. We used Hubspot firstly in terms of marketing for Google Adwords ads monitoring, creation of landing pages and emails, and CRM.
Pros
- CRM integrated with all in one marketing tools (landing pages, emails, workflows) helps to follow visitors, leads, and prospects.
- A lot of resources for utilisation, prompt support for any issues.
- The inbound method focuses on clients, leads.
Cons
- The reporting tool is an extra cost. I think that this is a core feature that should be included in the Professional plan.
- The module template may be difficult for any marketer that doesn't know coding, even for small organisations whose IT teams are too busy to help a marketer to create these modules' templates.
- Hubspot is rich for features, and is an all-in-one marketing tool for startups. You can do all essentials with Hubspot from defining personas, making websites and landing pages, implementing Google Analytics, synchronizing social media profiles, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, CRM, making a meeting calendar for the sales staff etc. For startups, it is very convenient. You don’t need to worry about the integration between marketing tools that can hurt your marketing team and IT team as well. Besides, you have a knowledge hub that any member of your team can study when they have a free time. Hubspot's implementation process is well-made.
