Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I do the marketing for our company and another member handles the sales. With the CRM we are able to unify our efforts. I can automate a workflow to mark a lead as "hot" this then gets segmented into the CRM for him. He can see all the previous emails and actions this has had with our marketing efforts and approach the sale.
- It brings all your email contacts in the CRM and all your email communication.
- It allows you to segment contact lists by all sorts of categories.
- When a contact fills out a form on your website that information gets attached to the contact's record. Inside the CRM all the form field data is mixed up and not in the question order it was on the form. This is confusing for our clients who have questions that have form questions that are dependent on each other.
- Lead conversions galore!
- It makes marketing automation a breeze.
I'm not too familiar with other CRMs. So I can't really speak to this question much. I know we selected the HubSpot CRM because we are avid users of the HubSpot COS and we wanted to connect all of our sales and marketing efforts across the board. Salesforce integrates with HubSpot too but again... I don't know much about other CRMs.
