Best free CRM out there (in my opinion)
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use it for professional and personal purposes and it's a pleasure to work with it everyday! All of my contact information is collected in individual records in one central source. I can view contacts and deals. I can create tasks in a traditional table view, or by using the intuitive board view. I can drag deals from stage to stage as they progress through my pipeline. It works seamlessly with HubSpot Sales so I can check all things related to partners and prospects in one place.
Pros
- Great onboarding process.
- Easy to manage deals and tasks for every partner.
- Great integration with HubSpot Marketing and HubSpot Sales makes for well aligned sales + marketing departments.
Cons
- Not much depth to its functionality versus enterprise caliber tools like Salesforce.
- Some of the analytic tools within the Hubspot portal stop working at times.
- Some features in the CRM could be a bit more complex.
- Better alignement with sales and marketing
- Saves us time
- Connect with leads quickly & easily
I selected it because it was a free CRM and I work with the HubSpot Sales tracking tool.
