Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is used by basically the whole company: marketing, sales, operations, IT, finance and administration. It is used for supporting account management activities for existing customers, as well as marketing and sales activities to acquire new ones. The biggest business problem it addresses is actually transparency and sharing of information, which obviously are quite crucial in an information based business like ours.
  • Automates tons of things
  • Great integration with Sidekick and HubSpot Marketing make for well aligned sales + marketing departments
  • Ease of use and automation make sure master data is as good as it gets
  • Free
  • Not very good for complicated, "enterprisey" portfolios or processes
  • Lacks some basic stuff like proper multi-currency support
  • Reporting and forecasting could be better
  • The value of increased transparency is immeasurably valuable in a time of rapid growth.
  • Actually saves time.
  • Some cool tools for getting new leads, as well as better tools for tracking lead behaviour might have led to a few more closed deals.
There's really only that thing matters with a CRM and that's data. Without data or with incorrect data, it's worthless. That's really what HubSpot does so well. It's super easy to use, meaning that sales people might actually use it, it's easy to integrate with (and obviously is automatically integrated with the HubSpot marketing suite) and has tons of automation features. The other tools we've had, sales people have just refused to use.

Probably not very well suited in cases where a company has to keep inventory, has a complicated product portfolio, or other that kind of very "enterprisey" requirements.
