Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is being used to track and manage accounts. It is being used by pretty much all departments within the team as we are still quite small. It allows for everyone throughout the organization to have a good overview of what is happening, the different pipelines as well as future projections/forecasting revenue. Overall, it has been very useful and it great to not only get an overview but manage tasks.
- Managing tasks, it is great to create tasks and effectively creates a workflow for you.
- Able to integrate and create different pipelines, good to manage accounts.
- Can create custom follow-ups in the emails so that you receive reminders in the inbox.
- Can only scroll down in the pipeline to 100, if you have more then had to switch the view which isn't that ideal.
- When you want to go back from a contact it sometimes takes you to the wrong page, instead of the deal to the contact list.

Very good. I think SalesLoft has slightly more features but HubSpot is great for our company size and is working really well. I don't see any reason as to why we would ever change from Hubspot. I also didn't use SalesLoft for too long so my opinion may not be as good as others who used it for longer.
