Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Yes, it's being used by the entire Business Development team. Inbound and outbound. Helps set a process and ensure better visibility of pipeline, conversations, conversions, and business growth.

I've used almost all Zoho, Salesforce, etc. but HubSpot always is the cleanest and easy to use.
As mentioned earlier, easy to use, better UI, and customization.
