Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our sales function uses HobSpot CRM for outbound/inbound sales and prospecting. We use templates, tasks, sequences to automate our communications as well as pipeline analytics to measure performance. Quotes and automated contract communications make it easy to deliver high-quality and timely communications to clients and prospects. It solves all of our communication needs and keeps us running efficiently at all times.

  • Useful snippets for adding curated content in emails.
  • More automation/auto-creation of tasks to reduce manual data entry.
  • Faster page refreshes.
  • More intelligent bulk editing/rescheduling of tasks.
  • Shorter deal cycles.
  • Strong user adoption.
  • Revenue growth.
HubSpot has been the most user-friendly and easiest tool to use based on other CRMs I've previously had. Being able to get useful data on when prospects view and click on content, to automatically managing communications, to fast quote/contract management, make for a good buying experience and happy clients.
HubSpot is much more user-friendly than both of the above tools. Salesforce does have extreme customization but it can get out of control or too complex too quickly. Zoho just doesn't have as many of the intelligent tools to make sales reps as effective as HubSpot does.

  • Great for outbound communications and automating intelligent sequences.
  • Great for managing the deal pipeline.
  • Great for building communication templates based on audience.
  • To be honest, I can't really think of a less appropriate use case since I use it for just about everything from setting up meetings to closing deals
