Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
For our purposes, the CRM is used in two ways: for our sales department, we track leads and monitor sales/deal statistics for new and existing customers. For our legal department: we monitor the contact between the client and the contact owner. We also use HubSpot CRM as a reference point for the core information on a case.
- Support.
- Communications.
- Sales / Data Analytics.
- Ability to filter out who contacted the client and how they contacted them.
- Patch notes for UI changes.
- More customizable UI.
- HubSpot CRM provides enough data tracking to make informed business decisions on deals and the market itself.
- The email/call tracking system, while having errors still, helps us to determine the consistency of employee work.
We do not have a marketing team, but the information in HubSpot definitely helps to maintain the competition on the sales floor since we are able to see live metrics.
I have not used other CRM utilities therefore I cannot provide an accurate comparison.
