Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot CRM forms the foundation piece of our tech stack. Using integrations through their marketplace we are able to effectively and efficiently gather data for both our sales & customer success.
Pros
- Track contacts.
- Easily manage the input data.
Cons
- App.
- Lack of mobile compatibility for on the go executives.
- Data collection effectiveness.
- Ability to easily report on sales activity.
Currently, we are not engaging with both the sales & marketing sides effectively. This is why we chose HubSpot CRM, and are working towards it. Change management has been more difficult than expected.
- Sugar Sell (SugarCRM) and Salesforce CMS
Very different use case. I would recommend HubSpot CRM above any of my previous experiences.
