Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot CRM forms the foundation piece of our tech stack. Using integrations through their marketplace we are able to effectively and efficiently gather data for both our sales & customer success.
  • Track contacts.
  • Easily manage the input data.
  • App.
  • Lack of mobile compatibility for on the go executives.
  • Data collection effectiveness.
  • Ability to easily report on sales activity.
Other CRM's (Sugar, Salesforce) have been difficult to use or not matched in terms of ease of use.
Very different use case. I would recommend HubSpot CRM above any of my previous experiences.
