Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I am an administrator who takes the sales information from HubSpot [CRM] and puts it into our sales orders from customers. I do not enter information into Hubspot [CRM], but use the information inputted by the sales team to do my job.
  • Easy to use and navigate
  • Plethora of uses and tools
  • Easy communication within company
  • Honestly, it's been great!
  • Maybe I would have more suggestions after I have used it longer. I've only used for 3 months
  • No idea. I'm just an admin
I haven't used others. But I think it's really easy to use and has a lot of features.

HubSpot [CRM] is great for communicating within a company, great for storing communication from customers, and for easy to access information.

  • tracking deals
  • Tracking dates, conversations
  • intercompany tasks and reminders
  • Create tasks for within the company for things like contract updates
  • Connect to other systems we use since HS is more user friendly
