Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM helps us to organize our prospects and also create tasks/reminders to contact them later. We can use it for both inbound and outbound leads--it is very helpful in both. It increases team efficiency. Automatic emails and sequences/workflows make it super easy to multitask. Another problem we faced was changing the deal statuses. Using Excel/Spread Sheet was free but we had to manually go to all deals and change their status (for example from qualified to unqualified) but HubSpot CRM makes it super duper easy.
  • Follow ups
  • Tracking
  • Outreach
  • LinkedIn integration
  • Fewer hours spent by employees
  • Easy to forecast
I have used SalesForce and I think HubSpot is very user friendly and simple. This is actually a huge advantage because a lot of new team members get overwhelmed with complex CRMs. Not that HubSpot CRM can't do complex stuff. It certainly can but it has a good layout that makes things easier. We also used some other random CRMs. A lot of them were missing the sequences feature. The HubSpot CRM sequence feature is very good because that automates our emails. Without this, we were doing manual work, writing emails and sending them one by one. The best thing is HubSpot CRM allows personalization--its not like sending one email to everyone. That works great and gives better results.
Design/UI is very important to us. The more complicated a CRM looks, the more difficult it is to adapt. HubSpot CRM has done a great job by keeping things simple and straightforward. We like using HubSpot CRM because of its features but also because we don't really have to train our staff. If you have used Facebook or LinkedIn or Instagram, you can use HubSpot CRM--it's that smooth. Some other CRMs have made it so complex with a lot of colors and designs and text that its just very tough to understand.

If someone is reaching out to people or if people are reaching out to you, how do you keep track of it? If you don't, soon you will have a huge list of contacts and no idea who is who. HubSpot CRM lets you organize all of your prospects in one place with their email addresses and company names and deal stages. The contact ownership is another great feature that is really useful. We have a big team, all reaching out to prospects in the same industry and it is impossible to see if we have reached out to that particular person and if we have, who reached out to them. What we do is use HubSpot CRM to let our team members become contact owners. That way the next agent can see we are already in touch with a particular prospect.
