Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM for contact data and dashboards.
Pros
- Dashboard data
- Contact services like email and phone options
- Organization is great. Its all right there for the user.
Cons
- I have to restart it alot
- Sequences should be allowed even when you dont have an email address
- connectivity to other apps and functions
- Organization
- Deal flow through pipeline
- Managing employee output
Greatly. Now [the] sales executives, sales managers, sales development reps and all [the] other departments can see the same information in real-time. HubSpot CRM makes collaboration so much easier.
Salesloft has better cadence use and allows more detail in conversations with its capabilities. I think HubSpot CRM has more overall capabilities with pipeline health and things of that nature. HubSpot CRM does need help with contacts, deals, and adding customers/clients to a sequence without having an email address. Then it will be comparable with Salesloft [in my opinion].
