Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to generate new sales opportunities for the sales team. The problem I have with Hubspot is being an end user friendly. A lot of my coworkers do not have the proper training to build dashboards or generate the reports they need to maximize their use of the program. I have done certifications within the platform so I am a little more user-friendly to the capabilities and functionality of the software.

Yes. We are able to work together better and target from an account and prospect level. We are able to easily book meetings, set tasks, and share information on an account and prospect using HubSpot. I enjoy being able to have clear visibility and the capability to share real-time information in a clear and precise manner with my sales team.
