Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to generate new sales opportunities for the sales team. The problem I have with Hubspot is being an end user friendly. A lot of my coworkers do not have the proper training to build dashboards or generate the reports they need to maximize their use of the program. I have done certifications within the platform so I am a little more user-friendly to the capabilities and functionality of the software.

I will forever love Salesforce but if I had to be on anything else (which I am) it would be HubSpot. I enjoy the ease of use in sequencing and the ability to run multiple sequences. This makes my job a lot easier. I also appreciate the way it integrates with other applications so it also saves me time in not having to repeat and type information over again.
Yes. We are able to work together better and target from an account and prospect level. We are able to easily book meetings, set tasks, and share information on an account and prospect using HubSpot. I enjoy being able to have clear visibility and the capability to share real-time information in a clear and precise manner with my sales team.

HubSpot is well suited for sales development but less suited for a full sales cycle. I recommend an Account/Prospect view and a place to see all things relative to the company in one place. I believe that by not having this capability it is more likely to double dial on an account or call when opportunities are already engaged.
