Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM to navigate through the sales process, taking contacts from just a lead to a fully signed up and approved account. This product addresses every sales user workflow issue I have experienced with all major CRM's in the past and provides an unrivaled workflow that allows you to move way faster when working with prospects with way less work inside of the system. The user interface is easy to learn and extremely powerful.

- User workflow is simplistic and efficient, much like that of Apple's IOS when comparing the very small learning curve and page flows.
- Insights into email effectiveness and incredible scope on how prospects interact with your emails
- Very advanced but easy to use quick cut features when formatting emails

Marketing teams don't have to rely on sales feedback of how clients react to their marketing emails, they can just see the insights on their own and those speak for themselves.
It is more cost effective and way more capable.
