Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot as the single source of truth regarding all our inbound and outbound activities. All email + LinkedIn + calling automations are done, managed, and evaluated on HubSpot. Individual effort + team efforts are calculated based on HubSpot activities. Our strategic meetings are all managed through HubSpot sheets and reports via dashboard view.

Cons

  • Email automation has bugs, cache clearing is required, shows previously sent an email again
  • assigning type of call stops working sometimes
  • Increased Sales Rep adoption
I've been a user of HubSpot from the beginning and didn't find a reason to switch yet!
Sales and marketing activities are aligned and do not clash on the same set of leads/accounts, which was a difficult task earlier, overall HubSpot has is a single point of contact and has reduced dependency on other users for cross verification of accounts.

HubSpot suffices all our need except call recordings do not work always and some bugs (mentioned in the previous page) needs debugging.
