Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot as the single source of truth regarding all our inbound and outbound activities. All email + LinkedIn + calling automations are done, managed, and evaluated on HubSpot. Individual effort + team efforts are calculated based on HubSpot activities. Our strategic meetings are all managed through HubSpot sheets and reports via dashboard view.

- Email automation has bugs, cache clearing is required, shows previously sent an email again
- assigning type of call stops working sometimes
- Increased Sales Rep adoption
Sales and marketing activities are aligned and do not clash on the same set of leads/accounts, which was a difficult task earlier, overall HubSpot has is a single point of contact and has reduced dependency on other users for cross verification of accounts.
