Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it for email marketing campaigns and CR track. HubSpot helps us scale our communications efforts and track how well our message is performing, as well as better manage our pipeline.
- Task management
- email sequence tracking
- employee tracking - reports
- auto populating info - when importing, it is easy for things to be mislabeled.
- default fonts are grey and small, no one would ever write an email in grey font
- when the email is actually sent the way it looks in HubSpot's never looks the same, I especially hate this!

- better automation
We do not currently use the marketing extension but it does help us target better.
it helps automate campaigns, but the organization was not as easy.

It is well suited for companies scaling their communications and want their comms to be well organized. I think it functions well there, but the aesthetics are still far from great.
