Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HS for organising our merchant list, developing new leads and tracking them through the pipeline from initial contact to confirmed closed. We can add deals to specific accounts and task accounts with payment instructions when necessary as well as view which clients are assigned to which Sales member. It's been very useful.

  • Organising tasks.
  • Pipeline organisation.
Far simpler than Salesforce.
