Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to track our account leads and current accounts. The most beneficial aspect of HubSpot is that you can organize your leads by deals. I also like the task reminder feature. HubSpot helps keep our small sales team organized. Since some of us work remotely, it's helpful to track how many leads each sales member communicates with.

- More options for task reminder follow up time frames or the option to edit
- Email blasts are difficult to send
- More lead interaction/touch bases
- Better customer service for current accounts
- Sales team is more organized
We are a very, very small team and actually do not have a designated marketing team at the moment.
