Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to track our account leads and current accounts. The most beneficial aspect of HubSpot is that you can organize your leads by deals. I also like the task reminder feature. HubSpot helps keep our small sales team organized. Since some of us work remotely, it's helpful to track how many leads each sales member communicates with.

I haven't used other CRM software but HubSpot was very user-friendly! Last year, I taught myself how to use HubSpot more in-depth by watching the HubSpot academy videos which I felt were super helpful.
We are a very, very small team and actually do not have a designated marketing team at the moment.

Yes

We find Hubspot CRM most beneficial through email and lead tracking. Seeing when another sales rep has contacted a lead and what they said helps prevent another sales rep from double-tapping that same lead. It's also beneficial because it helps keep emails organized. Instead of digging through your inbox for an individual email, you can pull up each lead or account's company profile. I don't use HubSpot for its marketing components, so for me, it's less appropriate in this scenario.
