Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

All contacts in sales and scheduling appointments for new sales! User-friendly and Customer Service help was always there to help.
  • Answering questions quickly ~ help desk.
  • Scheduling appointments and tracking.
  • Calendar updates reminders.
  • Keeping track of all added new clients without duplicating.
  • Excel spread sheet more user friendly with all users not just admin user.
Salesforce was always my main user. This time we chose HubSpot. At first I was not sure, but after Helpdesk provided each step to help me get to know the programs, I loved it!
Price, and great way to grow database for mid-size companies.
