Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We host a lot of information on the HubSpot and generate leads through here which we help establish as clients along the way. The information is easy to access and our business has been streamlined and since working with HubSpot our efficiency has increased by 42%.
  • Accesses the correct information within seconds.
  • Can hold a lot of details about each client as well.
  • User friendly and hands on support along the way.
  • The dialing part from within could be bettered as the outgoing calls don't work well with Dialpad users.
  • The interface could be a little more simplified I believe as well I do like it however.
  • Also when searching contact info how it pulls up info should be more simple as well.
  • The deal cycles have still been long, just because clients won't sign right away.
  • Also the fact the notifications begin to gather it's hard to reach them all.
  • HubSpot has helped to be more organized with clients information which does help greatly.
It's faster than Salesforce that's for sure, it also provides more details as to where a lead was generated and easy in general to use.
We are able to see each other's notes and information places on to a lead that's being handled.
HubSpot was more convenient for leads generated by our SDR team and information we can stack on top of each other while working on one, it makes for easy communication and visibility of what's going on.

For our lead generations team, the information here has helped to pull up their info quickly and have it in front of us when reaching out to a potential client. It wouldn't work well with our internal team their information and specific areas.
