Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
In the sales department, we use it help keep track of our prospects and leads. We also create sequences and tasks to keep track of who we are reaching out to.
Pros
- We can create sequences in several different ways (e.g. through lists, through contacts, through sequences).
- We keep track of meetings, emails and LinkedIn messages that need to be sent out.
- We analyze our open and response rates through the new Hubspot analytics.
- We also see how who we have previously reached out to or who may already be in a sequence.
Cons
- Sometimes the system glitches if I do too many LinkedIn tasks in a short span of time.
- Tasks that are overdue by a month still pop up as if they are due today.
- It's really helped me stay organized when I send out sequences.
- Sometimes I get confused if I've already sent this person a message.
I can definitely see that effort because it makes it easy to have all the information communicated transparently let alone easy to find.
