Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to manage client lists and outbound to them, as well as track meetings and correspondence. I also use to cold call and take notes. We do shipping software.
  • Company and contacts info.
  • Sequences.
  • Logs.
  • Duplicate management.
  • Uploading existing client lists (make easier).
  • A small feature when bulk enrolling sequences to allow editing of all of them at once.
  • The sequences combined with tasks are great.
  • Task queues.
  • Increased responses to emails.
It’s pretty user friendly, not bad at all.

It is great for enterprise level teams, I haven’t been super impressed when using it in my own small business.
