Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to manage client lists and outbound to them, as well as track meetings and correspondence. I also use to cold call and take notes. We do shipping software.
Pros
- Company and contacts info.
- Sequences.
- Logs.
Cons
- Duplicate management.
- Uploading existing client lists (make easier).
- A small feature when bulk enrolling sequences to allow editing of all of them at once.
- The sequences combined with tasks are great.
- Task queues.
- Increased responses to emails.
It has helped because we can see marketing’s emails and they can just send us leads via HubSpot.
