Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I handle the contacts and companies - I create lists and views for the most relevant contacts as we have a wide range of different types of contacts. I organize them based on state/region. I also add notes to the contacts. I really enjoyed working with HubSpot.

  • I think differentiating between lists and views.
  • Better tutorial videos for lists and views.
  • Page optimization instructions.
  • Marketing has been easier.
  • Contacting individuals easier to track down.
  • Overall workflow is more efficient.
I like it better than any CRM software. That being said, I have not really used any others to the extent I have used HubSpot.

It is well suited in that it organizes our contacts in a way that makes them much easier to find. We contact people every day, and we can see each email in the contacts. I think it is less appropriate in the sense that I wish it could categorize better.

Using HubSpot CRM

5 - All of our contacts, companies, which include our notes. Automated emails, and forms. We are going to start to use the blog feature as well.
5 - HubSpot is an easy to use CRM that anyone can get used to which is why it is so great.
