Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are using this to store data on potential customers. He holds their emails and phone numbers and also logs our emails through Hubspot.
  • I really like using filters.
  • I enjoy the notifications that I receive.
  • I like the reports dashboard.
  • I think that the dashboard and other ways to find things in Hubspot could be more user-friendly.
  • I think that being able to understand what I am seeing and what each tab does would be useful.
  • Sales rep adoption has been huge for this, with being able to understand what our customers see with our emails and if they are clicking on them.
I haven't used other CRM software, so it compares great.

I really like Hubspot because it is easy to find people, whether it is through filters or notifications that an email has been opened or clicked on.
