Hubspot Review.
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We are using this to store data on potential customers. He holds their emails and phone numbers and also logs our emails through Hubspot.
Pros
- I really like using filters.
- I enjoy the notifications that I receive.
- I like the reports dashboard.
Cons
- I think that the dashboard and other ways to find things in Hubspot could be more user-friendly.
- I think that being able to understand what I am seeing and what each tab does would be useful.
- Sales rep adoption has been huge for this, with being able to understand what our customers see with our emails and if they are clicking on them.
I have been able to see the marketing emails clients are getting and see whether or not they open them. This helps me to know if I should reach out.
I haven't used others.
