Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot daily in my organization. HubSpot helps with the internal collection of data & the visibility between team members. HubSpot lets us send email/record that. Basically a super communication tool.
- Super clean interface
- Constant updates to make our workflow better
- The reporting in HubSpot is amazing
- Crashes sometimes - unsure why.
- At times, when wanting to record/takes notes for a call, it does not safe.
- Even better reporting
- Unsure as this sits with upper management but have definitely seen revenue growth with better managing client/tracking.
- We surely save cost as we are able to track all this vital information in one spot & this can be used across the team. This is preferred rather than using multiple different products.
- We have increased the use of templates - this makes it easier to talk to clients & to send them resources after talking to them. With templates - we never forget.
Never used another CRM.
