Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to create contacts and deals, and to communicate with potential and existing clients. It addresses having our database in one place for sales. We are also able to see others' progress at work.

I haven't used other CRMs, but HubSpot is intuitive.

It is best suited when we are in the sales pipeline and seeing where the deals are. Best suited for seeing how long deals take to move. Best suited to see whether employees are productive. Best suited for bulk emails Best suited for tracking opens if it works properly. Best suited for scheduling meetings.
