Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM to keep us on track and pace with our cold calling and emailing to customers. Before we had a hard time keeping track of who and when customers or potential customers were receiving contact from the Business Development team or the sales team. Now it is all kept in once central location.

- If you need to change a sequence, it only applies to newly enrollments in that sequence
- Being able to organize daily calls based on time zone
- Reporting can be tricky to configure
- Increase in Initial Meetings Set
- Creates a better Team Environment
- Tracking ability is a game change for a BDR
It has allowed Sales and Marketing to truly start targeting the same companies at the same time. We can reach a potential customer from multiple angles. It has also allowed us to align with our internal and external messaging. Moving forward we will see increased success with more buy in with all of the other teams.
