Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

With a globally positioned team, Hubspot CRM acts as a living medium for sales operations within the organization. From lead gen to account management, Hubspot CRM is useful for keeping in touch with contacts and keeping documentation of past communication. As a sales professional, this tool is useful for automating my outreach and keeping my sequences on track by using tasks and reminders.

Pros

  • Keep my internal team up to date with the status of deals.
  • Monitor incoming marketing leads.
  • Create and enroll leads in sequences with automated and manual tasks.

Cons

  • The ability to customize plans and send messages.
  • The ability to integrate more into Gmail.
  • Improved mobile app UX.
  • Helped me close deals.
  • Helped me keep track of lost deals and re-engage.
The dashboards are easy to configure and see different views that aren't confusing.
We are able to share comments and keep each other abrest of our status within a deal.

The best scenario - is remote teams that are expanding quickly and need to be able to see what's going on. Less appropriate - is smaller or stagnant teams Mid case scenario - if you have a huge Rolodex and need to document in the best way possible.
