Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to manage our leads and pipeline to eventually move leads down the funnel. By keeping track and effectively managing leads, we are able to close deals a lot quicker and handle a larger number as well.

- Easy to modify on the backend
- Does not lag
Cons
- Better integration with 3rd party softwares
- Increased sales rep adoption
- Shorter deal cycles due to clean pipeline visualization
HubSpot is much easier to use - cleaner interface, not so many extra features where it seems overwhelming. Just enough where you can manage.
