Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to track my sales cycles with over 600 LCBOs across the province. I log daily call notes and manage contact information. We integrate inventory as well.
- Task list: once you begin you just move through the list
- Clean layout
- customization
- not particularly intuitive to learn
- hard to figure out where to put some information
- hard to synthesize information over a long time frame (ie, if you log a month of calls you have a lot of info to go through)
- increased productivity - all of my sales resources are in one spot now instead of: scheduler, contacts, notes, calls, inventory
