Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to track my sales cycles with over 600 LCBOs across the province. I log daily call notes and manage contact information. We integrate inventory as well.
  • Task list: once you begin you just move through the list
  • Clean layout
  • customization
  • not particularly intuitive to learn
  • hard to figure out where to put some information
  • hard to synthesize information over a long time frame (ie, if you log a month of calls you have a lot of info to go through)
  • increased productivity - all of my sales resources are in one spot now instead of: scheduler, contacts, notes, calls, inventory
This is the first CRM software I have used.

very well suited to a large clientele base. Easy to keep notes in line though they get length. Fan of the follow up task feature.
