Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot to align both CS and Sales for customer and prospect management, as well as part of our CRM Tech stake. As well as coordinating cold/warm outreach from BDRs and AEs

Overall, I believe that Hubspot hits the necessities in terms of performance. Other systems that I have used have more customization capabilities and are more geared towards complex sales cycles and processes. I wish the mobile app would be more intuitive.
Hubspot overall is able to compete with Salesforce in terms of core functionality, the reason we went forward with Hubspot was due to cost and the detail of CRM that we required at the time.

Overall, Hubspot is a great tool for tracking the full sales cycle, from cold out reach to signatures on agreements. It even has the ability to process payments through third-party. Great tool for smaller to mid-size ACV and the typically SMB/Mid-market sales cycle. Cost is also a great factor.
