We use Hubspot to align both CS and Sales for customer and prospect management, as well as part of our CRM Tech stake. As well as coordinating cold/warm outreach from BDRs and AEs

Hubspot overall is able to compete with Salesforce in terms of core functionality, the reason we went forward with Hubspot was due to cost and the detail of CRM that we required at the time.
