It allows to keep the track of email chains for each and every client interaction at one place. Anyone from the organization can come up to speed on the latest discussion happening and is not dependent on an individual person response. It also allows to check if the client email is a valid email id which saves a lot of time for a sales professional.
Pros
- Confirms if the email id is a valid one or not. This is very useful and saves a lot of time and hassle
- Anyone from the organization can come up to speed on the status of each client interaction
- The template is very useful if the same email has to be send to multiple people.
Cons
- Insertion of signature just like outlook
- Forwarding of emails would be useful
- More options to change the font etc. while composing the emails would be lovely
- I think ROI wise it has given a good return but can be better if some features suggested before can be added
