Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot for aligning sales and marketing activities through a shared CRM. You can track leads, automate email campaigns, and personalize outreach based on customer behavior. It’s especially useful for managing requests and follow-ups at scale. The reporting features us to understand what content drives conversions and where leads are coming from. Overall, HubSpot CRM helps us in many ways in our Sales & marketing process.

- Too many functions in the startup menu
- Pricing Model should have more options for smaller companies

- Removes failures i.e. in Account Management
Microsoft Dynamics is not very flexible in connecting with other apps or with other ideas and processes. Salesforce is definitely too costly and also the customer service is not working well. HubSpot is doing much better on that, and overall, it's the solution that has from our perspective a better ROI.
