Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I essentially run my business on HubSpot CRM. I use it every day to push out email sequences to new prospects and follow up on existing leads. I have a library of templates that I use in the sales process, onboarding new clients, and maintaining ongoing contact. The deals function allows me to track my pipeline. .

Cons
- Ability to duplicated deals
- Contact view interface could be simpler
- Navigation is overly complicated; prefer it specific for my version of Hubspot
- I've been using Apollo/LinkedIn to find new prospects - it's great that it pushes the contacts right into Hubspot
- The deal interface works well visualizing my pipeline
- It's helpful that the system tracks bounced emails
Salesforce got overly complicated and expensive. Some basic needs like sequencing were an added expense (although this was a number of years ago)
